Refunds and returns policy
Overview
VeriCool supplies professional air conditioning service equipment and garage machinery. All sales are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
This policy outlines our approach to returns and refunds and does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
Business-to-business sales
Where goods are purchased for business use, refunds are not offered unless required by law.
Returns may be accepted at our discretion, subject to:
- Prior written approval
- Goods being unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging
- Return costs being paid by the customer
Any agreed refunds may be subject to a restocking or administration charge.
Faulty or damaged goods
If goods are faulty or damaged on delivery, you must notify us in writing within the timeframes set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will, at our option:
- Repair the goods, or
- Replace the goods
Refunds will only be offered where repair or replacement is not possible or required by law.
Consumer rights
If you are purchasing as a consumer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations apply.
Where applicable, consumers may have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery. Full details will be provided on request.
How to request a return
To request a return or report a fault, please contact us before returning any goods. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
